COVID related disruptions are frustrating to everyone, we understand and appreciate your patience and loyalty as we work hard to pack and ship orders same day. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages, including Priority, may take longer than usual to arrive. Priority Shipping does not come with a money back guarantee. If you are considering Priority Shipping check any service disruptions.
Free Standard USPS First Class Shipping (4-6 Business Days) is automatically applied to all orders - no coupons or promotion codes are required. Not valid for over sized items. Only to US addresses.

All orders received before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day leading up to the dates listed below excluding major holidays and weekends:
Labor Day: Monday- September 7th, 2020
Columbus Day: Monday- October 12th, 2020
Veterans Day: Wednesday- November 11th, 2020
Thanksgiving Day: Thursday- November 26th, 2020
Christmas Eve: Thursday December 24th, 2020 (some locations close early)

We currently ship to US and Canadian addresses. If you'd like for us to ship products outside of these areas please Contact Us.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
When choosing your shipping please be aware that we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you made, we are happy to accept a return. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items returned must be unopened in their original condition.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) inside the package to help us process your return quickly. We accept returns from purchases made on steelshad.com only. If any expedited shipping costs were paid for by the customer at the time of placing the order, that amount will be included in the total refund amount.
How to return
Preferred Method: If you would like a pre-paid return label emailed to you, please Click Here To Email Us.
- With the pre-paid label method, you have 30 days from the time email is sent to use the label.
- The dollar amount of the return label (typically $3-$5 depending on package weight) will be deducted from your refund amount, whether you paid for expedited shipping or took advantage of our free shipping at the time of placing your order.
- Print return label that was emailed from us.
- Return items using label in a secure package including proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails).
- We will reach back out to you via the email address used for the return label, once the package arrives, to confirm your refund process has started.
If you would like to ship the unopened items back to us yourself, please:
- Return in a secure package including proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails).
- Ship using ground service. Keep your tracking number. You will be responsible to confirm receipt of returned product and any damage or loss during the process.
- We will reach out to you via the email address used when placing your order, once the package arrives, to confirm your refund process has started.

Your returned items will be inspected once received. You should expect to receive your refund in the manner in which the original purchase was made. We will reach out via email to confirm the refund has been processed. You should expect to receive the refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If an error occurred while packing the order or if items are defective the customer is not responsible for shipping costs.
