Satisfaction Guarantee

SteelShad Satisfaction Guarantee
We value our relationship with our customers and takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We guarantee your satisfaction with our products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a replacement product within the 90 day guarantee window. Simply ship the product back to us, along with your receipt and reason for returning the product, in a box or padded envelope to prevent loss of the product in the mail.

We recommend that you obtain a tracking number, as we will not be able to confirm receipt of your returned product(s). You will be responsible for any damage or missing shipments during the return.
